Aggregated Data Clause: WeSnus reserves the right to aggregate and anonymise usage data (e.g. "Consumption Trends"). Once irreversibly anonymised (making re-identification impossible), this data is no longer considered personal data under the GDPR. WeSnus may freely use, share or commercialise these macro-economic statistics with third-party partners.

In-app deletion: You can exercise your right to immediate deletion directly within the app. Go to Settings > Account > Danger Zone, then click Delete my account.

Deletion by email: You can also request the deletion of your account and all associated data without going through the app, by sending a request by email to contactwesnus@gmail.com.

Right to complain: If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Protection of Minors

Due to the nature of the application (nicotine-related products), the use of WeSnus is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors. Should we discover an account belonging to a minor, that account and all associated data will be immediately deleted.
